Mr. Stubner provides general business and commercial representation of individuals and business entities in the areas of financing, entity formation, acquisitions, mergers, asset sales, stock purchases, international sales and distribution agreements, software licensing agreements, and general corporate and commercial matters.  He represents local businesses and start-ups as outside general counsel, providing legal advice on a broad range of matters from entity formation, financing, employment matters, contracts, and general business. 


In addition, he has represented clients in a full range of real estate matters, including the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale documents, commercial and retail leases; and in the formation of joint ventures, partnerships, LLC’s and corporations, financing and developing real estate, construction contracts, land use and environmental issues.


Jamie also has extensive experience in negotiating and structuring complex workouts and business reorganizations on behalf of borrowers and creditors.  He has been involved in some of the largest real estate-based reorganizations and workouts in the Puget Sound over the last 20 years. He has been recognized by his peers with an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell.
